What is this game?

This game is an RPG with Platformer elements. Explore an island with secrets to uncover and collectables to find. All while fighting enemies in an unorthodox way by hitting orbs around them while dodging their attacks.

This game was inspired by the likes of Undertale, the Mario & Luigi Series, and Critical Adventure.

This project was made during my Final Year Project module during my time in Teesside University, and since then I have been adding small changes to make the game much more playable.

Additional Notes

The version of Unreal the game uses has been changed from 5.0 to 5.1 so building the game was easier for me, that came with a few changes with the game, however its nothing too noticeable.

What's new?

- New class, Daggers!

- 3 new enemies, 2 new minibosses, 3 new bosses!

- Added two new areas, the Tundra and the Ice Caves!

- Added stat resets!

- Added Quests!

- Added Gold!

- Added Stat Resets!

- Added the ability to use 10 stat points at once!

- 5 new Quests, one being a two part quest!

- Adjusted Day/Night Cycle (will probably be adjusted again next update)

- Added fast travel through the 3 Otherworldly Holes around the world (will be more soon.)

- Blaster skill changes

- Staff skill speed increase

- Adjusted enemies stats slightly

- Other minor bug fixes

- New patch was added to remove debug features and fix some bugs

Next Update

Honestly, the next update will be more of a quality of life update, in terms of content not much will be added, however the experience will be made more convenient for the player. New things to do will be added in this update however, so you'll have more to do when it does come out!
